In Summer 2005, Chris came to T.C. Dining.
He joined T.C Dining with a very elaborate resume
in the food industry. After starting his career with
Ryan’s he later went on to University of Tennessee.
Subsequently, he completed his tenure there and was
promoted to the position of General Manager at ETSU.
Chris’ unique management style influences T.C.
Dining positively.
This unique style has been impacting
both on his staff, the presentation of the food and
student satisfaction. Also, he has broadened the
selection in the Pioneer Perk with more products
being introduced such as yogurt, combos, and nachos.
Chris is married to Lori and is the father of two
children: Ashley and Matthew.

Micheal graduated Maga cum Laude with a degree in Culinary
Arts from Johnson and Wales University. Micheal is a much
esteemed Chef that has brought a wealth of knowledge in
the culinary business to Tusculum College since arriving
in September, 2006. His meticulous food preparation as
well presentation is much to talk about.
Micheal opened his very own Jazz Club in Chattanooga,
TN which was given great reviews in the “National
Restaurant News” along with “Southern Living”.
He has also had under his wing The Chattanoogan which
is a hotel in Chattanooga. Micheal also controlled the
“Mountain Veiw Grille” before deciding to
move back to Florida as an executive chef.
Micheal is also a big volunteer man where he contributed
to the hurricane relief efforts cooking for the relief
workers. Micheal has also toured around doing guest
chef appearances, which include the likes of Disney
World. Micheal when not cooking can be seen spending
quality time with wife Bernadette and his two daughters
Amanda and Alexis.

| Lisa probably holds the single most important job for
the employees and our suppliers. Her efficiencies in
running payroll and on time billing have helped us in
sustaining ourselves in our financial obligations as
T.C. Dining. Lisa has been with T.C. Dining for just
over 9 years. She is the proud mother of a wonderful
baby boy, Hunter.

Hazel joined the T.C. Dining team in July. She came
onboard after stints at UT and ETSU. Along with supervising
the Pioneer perks, she is also responsible for concession.
Hazel can be seen, most times, on the go. She has spearheaded
the expansion of the Pioneer perks menu adding a wide
range of products such as nachos, yogurt, corn flakes,
and flavored milk. Along with her responsibilities with
T.C. Dining, Hazel, is a full-time student pursuing a
degree in Business Management, and a full time mother
of three children.

Roxanna wears many hats at T.C. Dining none more important than her position as catering director a capacity she has held since 2001 although she has been with T.C. Dining since 1998. She has been known by the students and staff for her warm hugs. Roxanna exemplifies a hard worker. Roxanna has two children Renata and Nick.

Mary, affectionately called Mamma by students and staff alike, is famous for the unconditional love that she displays in her work and towards the general population of T.C. Dining. She brings a wealth of experience spanning thirty years in the food industry – nine of which have been with T.C. Dining. She has three kids: Bridget, Angie and Fess. Fess is an alumnus of Tusculum College who while at T.C., participated in both basketball and football.
